As each viewer came into the building, they were greeted by docents who asked them for their phone numbers. Once given, they were texted a link to a soundcloud file of the song 'Hallelujah' sung by Jeff Buckley and asked to play it from their phones. They were then handed an empty coffee pot to put their music playing phones into and told to walk back into the space until they saw the rope lined path. At the end of the path was the gallery space where two videos (below) played on either wall as I walked throughout the space butane torching and replenishing the candles that filled the floor space. Viewers could stay as long as they wished but were asked not to speak while in the gallery space.
